Teens – Learn the basics of 3D printing using Tinkercad, a browser-based 3D design and modeling tool that teaches students to think abstractly and mechanically. This program will focus on how to design everyday objects such as chip clips, whistles, guitar picks, tweezers, and fidget spinners. You will create your design, convert it to a 3D printable file, export it to the 3D printer, and pick it up a few days later. You will receive intensive, one-on-one tutelage that focuses on problem-solving and collaboration. This program supports the federal STEM initiative. Taught by Ryan Tackabury.
